Definitely would recommend it. I thought I would stuggle but not bad once your body used to IF. I add some fruit to make my smoothy from the recipes and it keeps me full for long. The vanilla is the best as you can do so much with it.
A friend recoomended this to me becoz she use it a lot. The fat burner gave me too much energy but I was suppose to only take one the first day. Yhooo!
