Our Shipping Policy

Free Shipping in South Africa

• FREE shipping on all orders in South Africa.

• Orders under R500 include a R99 handling fee.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to all major centres and some outlying areas within South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major centres: 3-7  working days

• Near outlying areas: 3–10 working days

• Far outlying/rural areas: 7–14 working days
  (This is because couriers only deliver to some rural areas once per week, which can extend delivery times.)

• International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

Peak periods: During peak trading periods (Black Friday, seasonal sales, holidays), deliveries may take up to 14 working days due to high volumes across courier networks.

Important Address Notes

Couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please ensure you provide:

• Contact name and phone number – it is important that the courier is able to contact you.

• Street address and unit or complex details

• City and postal code

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Slender You cannot be held liable for parcels that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Should we become aware of an issue with your address, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you to resolve it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping email /sms with your waybill number and a tracking link.

If your parcel is delayed, contact the courier using your waybill, or email suppor@slenderyou.co.za  with your Order # and the word Delayed in the subject.
We will follow up with our assigned courier representative.

Receiving

Please ensure someone is available between 08:00–17:00 to receive and sign for the parcel.
If a courier needs to deliver outside of these hours, they will contact you directly to arrange it.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on courier schedules and route planning.
It’s important that you provide a valid contact number that you can answer, so the courier can reach you if needed.

Final Notes

We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.
While delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier schedules or peak trading volumes, our team is here to assist if any issues arise.
